Operations Manager of Delirest’s Institutional Segment

Krisztina has been working in the field of dietetics and public catering for over 20 years. As a leader, she has managed nationwide public catering systems and was responsible for the professional and operational coordination of daily catering in various institutions—such as hospitals and schools. Her work is characterized by an innovative mindset, scientific grounding, and a strong commitment to promoting healthy eating. In the field of student catering, her goal is to help children make more conscious and joyful choices when it comes to healthy food.

Executive chef

Roland has been with Delirest for 15 years. He began his journey with the company as a head chef, but thanks to his expertise and innovative mindset, he quickly stood out in his role. For ten years, he worked as a trainer chef, and in recent years, he has served as Delirest’s Executive Chef. Roland ensures that Delirest’s well-earned professional reputation is not only maintained in the long term but is also continuously renewed.

A fenntarthatóságra nevelés és a gyermekek tudatos felnőttekké nevelése közös feladatunk. Programjainkkal, kommunikációs eszközeinkkel a saját szakterületünkön mi is szeretnénk hozzájárulni az iskola áldásos tevékenységéhez. Szervezünk vendégelőadásokat, közös főzéseket a gyerekekkel, konyhalátogatásokat is, de az étkező térben elhelyezett plakátjainkon is igyekszünk megmutatni a gyerekek számára, hogyan lehetnek tudatos fogyasztók.

Cooperation

We enrich students’ daily lives with gastronomic events, themed days, and interactive activities, so that awareness around proper nutrition becomes an experience-based learning journey for them. We also believe it’s important to be present at school celebrations, events, and community gatherings—helping shape those moments that create real experiences and lasting value.
